Accommodation options range from one-bedroom villas to five and six-bedroom villas, resorts, clubhouse, beachfront and marina apartments, and waterfront mansions. The development will also feature designated areas for both non-motorized and motorized water vehicles, catering to various preferences.

In addition to offering a luxurious lifestyle, this development places a strong emphasis on environmental responsibility. The project aims to preserve the island’s rich biodiversity, including lush mangroves and thriving wildlife. By balancing luxury with ecological preservation, this development is set to enhance the prosperity and appeal of the local community while showcasing the island’s ecological diversity and historical significance.
