Azizi Developments appointed the UAE-based National Engineering Bureau for the detailed design of eleven residential towers in Azizi Venice, a mixed-use community located in Dubai South. This expansive development will include over 30,000 residential units and is strategically positioned near Al Maktoum International Airport and Emaar South, with excellent connectivity to a proposed metro station. Drawing inspiration from Venice, the community will feature a waterfront setting with 100 mid-rise apartment complexes and over 400 luxury villas and mansions, centered around one of the world’s largest crystal-blue water lagoons.
Spanning a 15-million square foot plot, Azizi Venice will boast a temperature-controlled, pedestrian-friendly boulevard and Dubai’s second opera house. The boulevard, designed to be open-air in winter and glass-covered in summer, will offer a comfortable space for year-round activities. Underground parking facilities will support the influx of daily visitors to Azizi Boulevard and Azizi Opera. The community will feature multiple beaches, condominium buildings, villas, mansions, extensive leisure areas, retail and commercial spaces, a crystal-clear lagoon with beach-like shores, an 8 km-long cycling and jogging track, yoga and sports facilities, and a promenade with artisan eateries and boutiques.
At the heart of Azizi Venice lies the 700-meter Boulevard, set to become one of Dubai’s premier attractions with a variety of retail outlets. The development also includes a 1,500-seat multi-purpose cultural center (Opera), two 5-star hotels, one 4-star hotel, two schools, and a hospital, ensuring residents have access to comprehensive amenities within the community.
