Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, this tower, set to become the tallest endowment tower in the UAE, serves as a pivotal element of the 1 Billion Meals Endowment initiative. With a development cost amounting to AED 800 million (USD 217 million), the tower forms part of a broader strategy aimed at enriching endowment assets, with the ultimate goal of generating significant returns to establish a food safety net for millions of people worldwide. Studio International Engineering Consultant has been appointed as the design consultant, while UN Studio will oversee the architectural aspects of the project.
