The Najdi Villa Complex, part of the expansive development by the Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) in Diriyah Gate, Saudi Arabia, awarded the main construction contract to Saudi Constructioneers Ltd. (SAUDICO). This significant milestone underscores the progress of the project, which is currently underway, aiming to bring to life a traditional Najdi design for modern living.
Najdi Villa Complex comprises 108 villas designed to echo the timeless Najdi architectural style, blending seamlessly with the external mud-brick aesthetic of the region. In addition to the residences, the complex will feature amenities such as children’s play areas, prayer areas, landscaped green spaces, access roads, and utility works. These elements collectively aim to create a holistic living environment that fosters community and embraces cultural heritage.
SAUDICO, a prominent construction firm in Saudi Arabia, brings its expertise to the project, ensuring the meticulous execution of both main and MEP construction.
