Designed by Dewan Architects & Engineers, the development will feature approximately 199 residential units.
The building will offer a variety of apartment sizes, including one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom options, catering to diverse residential needs. The substructure of the building will include a basement level dedicated to parking facilities, ensuring convenience for residents. This thoughtful design aims to enhance the living experience within the Central Park City Walk community.
