NEOM has introduced its latest addition, Epicon, situated along the Gulf of Aqaba on the northernmost coast of the NEOM region. This luxury coastal destination, envisioned as a gateway to the future by 10 Design architects, encompasses residential offerings and is divided into two main components: the Epicon Hotel and Epicon Resort.
The Epicon Hotel comprises two remarkable towers. One tower, standing at 225 meters, accommodates a 41-key hotel, while the other, reaching 275 meters, houses 14 luxury suites and apartments. These towers boast a concealed oasis of gardens, along with amenities such as an iconic pool, gym, spa and wellness center, yoga and pilates studio, lounge, and various other offerings.
Adjacent to the coastline, the Epicon Resort features 120 rooms and 45 residential beach villas. Positioned just a few meters away, it includes a beach club, pools, and facilities for water sports.
This announcement comes on the heels of Leyja, NEOM’s sustainable tourism destination in a picturesque natural valley. Epicon promises a truly immersive and life-affirming experience for its guests and residents. With a focus on cutting-edge innovations, world-class services, and top-tier experiences, the luxurious residences and beach villas aim to set a new standard for iconic living in the resort.
