This project, implemented in Iraq and one of the largest residential complexes in Baghdad, is one of the most remarkable urban development investments in the region with its modern architectural approach, high-rise residential buildings, and extensive social facilities.
The project consists of a total of 47,15-storey residential blocks and houses approximately 3.000 residences, serving a population of 10.000 people. Including the shopping centre and social areas, the total capacity reaches approximately 13.000 people. In a complex of this scale and density, fire safety is not just a system installation; it is a strategic infrastructure solution requiring integrated, centralized, and scenario-based management.
- Centralized Control of the Entire Complex
In the project, all residential blocks, the shopping centre, social facilities, the school, and common living areas are brought together under a single integrated fire detection infrastructure. - All residential blocks are monitored via central software.
- Shopping malls, schools, and social areas operate integrated within the same system architecture.
- Alarm, fault, and status information is instantly displayed on operator screens.
- The entire residential complex can be managed from a single control point.
Thanks to this structure, a large-scale and multi-functional living space is sustainably controlled with a high security standard. - Selective Evacuation Scenario in Residential Blocks
In case of fire detection in 15-storey residential blocks, the evacuation scenario is activated only in the building where the fire originated. - Full evacuation mode is activated only in the relevant building.
- Unnecessary general alarms are not created in other residential blocks.
- Controlled announcements are made in common areas with sounders and information announcements.
Thanks to this selective evacuation architecture, the risk of panic is minimized, and unnecessary mass
evacuations are prevented within the large complex. - Security-Approved General Evacuation in Common Areas
In fire scenarios that may occur in shopping areas, social facilities, and other common living areas, the system operates on the principle of controlled verification. - Alarm information is first transmitted to the security centre.
- The event verification process is initiated.
- Following security clearance, the entire complex is put into general evacuation mode.
This structure prevents unnecessary general evacuations in case of false alarms, while in a real risk situation, a full evacuation scenario covering a capacity of 13.000 people is activated quickly and coordinately. - Shopping Mall and School Integration
The shopping mall and international school building located within the complex are also protected within the scope of the system. Alarm and guidance scenarios have been specially designed for these areas with high population density. All areas are monitored through a central software infrastructure; detailed information based on building, floor, and zone can be viewed instantly on operator screens. - TCP/IP Based Integrated Infrastructure
The fire detection system connects all blocks to each other with a TCP/IP based network architecture. - All alarms are collected in a single centre.
- Event history is recorded.
- Intervention processes are coordinated by the security unit.
This approach guarantees operational continuity and safe evacuation management in large-scale projects. - Brand Strength and International Reference Value
Being chosen for this residential complex with 3.000 residences and a capacity of 13.000 people is an indicator not only of our technical competence but also of our brand reliability and international project experience. In large-scale, high-density, and multi-functional projects, the solutions we offer with selective evacuation scenarios, central control infrastructure, and safety-approved management systems make our company a strong point of reference on a regional scale. The fact that the fire safety systems in this prestigious project are protected by us once again confirms our brand value and engineering strength in the international market.
