Help the industry recover post-pandemic by sharing your technical expertise

During this unprecedented time, more than ever the oil and gas sector will need technology and human talent that will help to fast track industry post pandemic recovery.

With this in mind, we would like to invite you to share your industry experiences, technical expertise and knowledge by submitting your abstracts before Thursday 25 June for the chance to shape and influence the topics the industry will be discussing at EGYPS 2021.

Share your experiences of successfully managed projects and mitigated challenges related to delivery, engineering, procurement, supply chain, digital transformation or cost optimisation
Present your technical knowledge and skills across areas including exploration of conventional and unconventional resources, drilling and completions, offshore, HSE, downstream plants, biofuels and oil and gas digitalisation, which have resulted in improved operating performance for your clients
Showcase best practices and operational excellence that you have been involved in which resulted in a positive return on investment for the business
Introduce your research findings that have the potential to launch new technologies that will revolutionise the industry

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can one person submit more than one abstract? Yes, one person can submit multiple abstracts within the same category or across multiple categories. However, please do not submit the same or slightly modified abstracts multiple times, as they will be disqualified
I have presented my abstract at a different conference, am I allowed to submit? If you have presented your abstract previously, you can still submit but you will need to provide details of when and where it was presented before
Is there a word limit for abstract submissions? Yes, your abstract should be no longer than 500 words
How will the abstracts be graded? All abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Committee according to four criteria – impact, quality, novelty and interest & relevance
Can I include any additional information such as tables and graphs with my submissions? Yes, you are welcome to attach additional information. Please note only jpeg, png, tiff or Excel files are accepted
How can I submit my abstract? Please visit www.egyps.com/cfp before Thursday 25 June, select the most relevant technical category, enter your personal details, copy-paste your abstract and click ‘Submit’
