You will see there our top-of-the-range model THB523, the pneumatically operated unit allowing the recovery of the mixture Agent + Nitrogen from pressurized cylinders at pressures up to 70 bar. In this way, even if pressurized with nitrogen, it is possible to recover the product when it has to be employed again, without separating the nitrogen. 99% of the product can be recovered which means no waste of product.
Besides the THB523, our range covers the other clean agents’ applications: clamping and valving/devalving the cylinders for maintenance, purging the cylinders before filling operations, filling cylinders from source tank, recovering the product (pressures: 25, 42, 55, 70 bar), mixing the cylinders to accelerate the nitrogen diffusion in the agent.
In particular, the flushing unit is a helpful and efficient equipment for correctly preparing your cylinders before filling them with the clean agents. The cylinders can be placed inside the station without removing them from the pallet, up to six cylinders at the same time. A version for treating only one cylinder is also available. The operator can move easily and safely on the platform to connect the cylinders to the station and manage the operations by means of the electrical panel (the version for one cylinder is not equipped with the platform). Equipped with a touch-screen display, the control panel allows you to customise the working parameters and check the cycle in real time. The working cycle is fully automatic and stops at the programmed residual moisture value.
