Chang Sung Ace (CSA) has been manufacturing and supplying flame detectors, temperature monitoring systems, leak detectors and fire extinguishing systems for Samsung and other internationally well-known semiconductor, LCD display and battery plants and equipment manufacturers like SK Hynix, LG, TEL, SCREEN, KOGAS and BOE.
CSA flame detector and gas detector models are very compact to fit smaller installation areas of equipment and clean-room facilities but still quite useful for heavy industrial fields like chemical, oil and gas, and automobile industries, offering the same highly reliable performance and quality.
Why CSA flame detector?
The flame detector models are all IECEx, ATEX and Dust Ignition Proof approved.
P-series flame detectors are for industrial purposes with 36m (UV/IR) and 60m (IR3) detecting distances.
P-series flame detectors are certified to FM and EN 54-10 (CPR) approvals and are also tested by various flame sources lie Jet fuel (JP-4) and paper as well as normal fire sources like n-heptane, gasoline, diesel, etc.
F-series flame detectors are for equipment protection with 15m (UV/IR, IR3) detecting distance and have FM3260 approvals. F-series flame detectors are able to detect polypropylene flames, which are one of the typical flame sources in the semiconductor industry.
Both F series and P series are available with a choice of aluminium and stainless-steel enclosures according to site requirements.
For tougher sites with continuous dust exposure, the body is protected by the Dust Ignition Proof enclosure and the window can be air cleaned by a customized Air Shield.
