US man creates emergency plan and stickers to save lives

Over Memorial Day Weekend (29–31 May 2021), a tragic car accident occurred in Boca Raton. Three teens and two adults were killed as a result, leaving many family members and friends distraught. Two of the teen victims were just 13 years old, and a 12 year old was seriously injured in the crash. Emergency services arrived on the scene, but it took longer for family members to be alerted of the situation.

That’s where Emergency Info Plan comes in.

John Pastore, the company’s founder, developed his idea after losing his wife. She had called 911, but John was not contacted until much later, which was a mistake as he could have been helping the medics with her condition.

First, there is a simple two-minute assessment to help others determine just how prepared they are in an emergency. The Emergency Info Plan also explains how people can use their iPhone or Android as both an emergency alert device to notify contacts and as a medical ID that provides EMS personnel access to critical medical information for better onsite treatment.

John is a resident of Boca Raton, FL and is a seasoned financial planner who founded the Pastore Financial Group that serves clients in over 30 different states.
