MAG, a leading real estate developer in the UAE, appointed CECEP Techand Middle East for the construction of ‘The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside,’ an integral part of the Keturah Resort, which seamlessly blends luxury and well-being. The project’s construction is valued at USD 762 million (AED 2.8 billion) with an anticipated completion in Q4 2027.
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, a subsidiary of Marriott International, is overseeing the project, with Erga Progress Engineering Consultants responsible for its design. ‘The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside’ comprises 249 residences spread across seven buildings and 12 mansions, each with dedicated yacht parking for residents. Keturah Resort offers a wide range of luxurious amenities, including a seven-star wellness center, a five-star hotel, an exclusive members-only club, a women’s club, a kids club, a comprehensive wellness center, Michelin-starred restaurants, a 550-meter promenade, eco-conscious and organic-focused retail spaces, 24/7 private parking with valet service, and a gated community with stunning views of the wildlife sanctuary, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Creek Harbor, and Meydan.
Keturah Resort by MAG aims to become the first in the MENA region to pursue WELL Health-Safety certification for its structures. Situated on Dubai Creek, facing Ras Al Khor’s wildlife sanctuary, the project offers convenient access to Dubai Downtown, Dubai International Financial Centre, and Dubai International Airport.
