Victory Fire & Gas Inc. has expanded its Victory Fire portable fire extinguisher portfolio, introducing UL-certified ABC and PK dry powder wheeled portable models in 50 lb and 125 lb capacities, alongside a 50-liter AVD wheeled portable extinguisher designed specifically for lithium-ion battery fire hazards.
The wheeled extinguisher range includes the ABC multipurpose dry chemical units and PK (Purple K) powder models, both UL certified and intended for high-risk industrial and commercial applications. The extinguishers are designed for rapid deployment, high discharge performance, and extended operating duration, making them suitable for environments such as oil and gas facilities, aviation ground operations, ports, manufacturing plants, and energy infrastructure.
In response to the growing fire risk associated with lithium-ion batteries, Victory Fire & Gas has also launched the AVD50L, a 50-litre Aqueous Vermiculite Dispersion extinguisher. The unit is designed to suppress lithium-ion battery fires by cooling cells, inhibiting thermal propagation, and reducing the likelihood of re-ignition—capabilities that conventional extinguishing agents may not provide.
The expanded Victory Fire range reflects the company’s focus on certified, application-specific fire protection solutions addressing both traditional Class A, B, and C hazards and emerging lithium-ion battery fire risks.
