Fire and security system installation and maintenance company Tecserv UK recently hosted new product development specialists visiting the UK from India to gather views on Honeywell Gent and how their products could be further developed for the UK fire alarm detection market.
Tecserv UK has been an approved distributor of Honeywell Gent products for over ten years and as an Elite systems integrator had been chosen to provide input from the point of view of both a fire alarm system installer and the end user. Gent’s UK head office is in Leicester.
Visiting Tecserv UK’s Head Office, which is based in Underwood on the Notts and Derbyshire border were Dan Ascough, Business Manager for Honeywell Gent and Designer Experience Leader, Vivek Kalyan who had travelled all the way from Bangalore, India.
During the meeting Dan and Vivek discussed the new fire alarm hardware and software development and products that Honeywell Gent plan to bring to the market, which Tecserv UK will subsequently be approved to install.
