The new HYDRAULIC JACK B 10 ALU sets new benchmarks in hydraulic lifting
With the Hydraulic Jack B 10 ALU, WEBER RESCUE SYSTEMS presents the modern evolution of the proven Hydraulic Jack B 10 hydraulic lifting device. The new Hydraulic Jack B 10 ALU combines maximum performance with significantly reduced weight, thereby defining a new standard for fast, safe and precise lifting.
Thanks to a completely newly developed aluminum body, the Hydraulic Jack B 10 ALU is around 40 percent lighter (approximately 15 kg less weight) than its predecessor—while delivering 10 percent more lifting force at the same time. Loads of up to 105 kN can be lifted in a controlled, energy-efficient and precise manner. Even heavy objects such as trams, trucks or debris can be reliably lifted and repositioned—without the need for complex, pre-assembled lifting cushion systems.
A particular highlight is the sensitive control via a standard cordless drill. Manual pumping is completely eliminated, significantly reducing physical effort for emergency responders. At the same time, the system enables precise lifting at the push of a button—even under challenging operational conditions.
Maximum flexibility is ensured by the ratcheting mechanism with 14 positions, allowing optimal adaptation to different load situations without wasting any lift. In addition, the Hydraulic Jack B 10 ALU can be used both at the claw and at the head. The base can be exchanged without tools for a rounded version with a bearing plate.
In terms of ergonomics and safety, the Hydraulic Jack B 10 ALU also sets new standards: intuitive red operating elements, a well-balanced handle and a sensitive release valve ensure safe and comfortable handling. The compact design further improves maneuverability, while the replaceable steel support plate on the lifting claw ensures durability in demanding operations.
